• 6:59 p.m. Friday - Kimberly Ann Slone, 40, of 951 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:48 p.m. Saturday - Brandon Robert Chambers, 32, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and indecent exposure. Bond: $500.
• 2:19 p.m. Saturday - Jacob A. Rios, 26, of 1906 Sand Castle Drive, #D, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and stalking violations. Bond: $10,000.
• 7:46 a.m. Sunday - Justin Henry Helblig, 33, of 1612 Tippecanoe Drive, #C, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $500.

• 10:34 a.m. Saturday - A driver’s license and social security card were reported lost in the 2500 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:41 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:53 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 1100 block of North Crete Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
