• 4:38 p.m. Tuesday - Aaron David Faulkner, 44, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #170, Warsaw, arrested for rape, sexual battery and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $20,250.
• 10:30 p.m. Tuesday - Shannon Gael Lang, 30, Merrillville, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
12:25 a.m. Wednesday - Kyle Lee Williams, 33, of 515 Hackleman St., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 3:13 p.m. Tuesday - West U.S. 30, 500 feet east of North Grandview Drive, Warsaw. Car went into ditch. Driver: Deven D. Krivanek, 20, Niles, Mich. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:57 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for rape in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:34 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of Hackleman Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:50 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 200 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.
