• 6:55 p.m. Monday - Alivia Ann Humble, 23, of 126 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.

• 6:26 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 900N, 1,500 feet west of North CR 700W, Nappanee. SUV hit deer. Driver: Andrew J. Scott, 56, EMS T7A Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
Incidents
• 12:25 p.m. Monday - Fraud was reported in the 200 block of South Harrison Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:59 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 7200 block of East CR 800N, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 6:01 p.m. Monday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
