• 9:38 p.m. Saturday - Jose Guadalupe Duarte II, 19, LaPorte, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of alcohol by a minor and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 10:44 p.m. Saturday - Leonardo Santoyo, 19, Michigan City, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of alcohol by a minor and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500.
• 2:26 a.m. Sunday - Jens Marx, 51, of 501 S. McKinley St., #316, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3 p.m. Sunday - Andres Ambrosio Torres-Vicente, 33, of 609 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 11:34 a.m. Monday - James Richard Flow III, 27, of 3762 E. Old U.S. 30, #643, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $15,000.

Perkins, 18, North High Street, Silver Lake; Alejandro Velazquez Gonzalez, 58, Pharr, Texas. Injuries: Perkins had an abrasion of knee/lower leg/foot; Velazquez Gonzalez complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; passenger in Velazquez Gonzalez’s vehicle, Maria E. Tavres de Velasquez, 54, Pharr, Texas, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:22 p.m. Friday - Husky Trail, 406 feet north of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Bonnie A. Grubaugh, 82, Park Avenue, Winona Lake; Trae M. Furnivall, 31, Acorn Court, Warsaw. Injury: Passenger in Furnivall’s vehicle, Brooks Furnivall, 5, Acorn Court, Warsaw, complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:21 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Harrison and East Market streets, Warsaw. SUV-motorcycle collision. Drivers: Robert L. Randall, 89, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw; Randall W. Scharf, 71, East CR 400N, Warsaw. Injury: Scharf complained of hip/upper leg pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
