• 10:26 p.m. May 27 - U.S. 30, 300 feet east of South Circle Drive, Warsaw. Motorcycle hit deer. Driver: Auddie Truex Jr., 18, West Ricerchase Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Truex complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 4:14 p.m. May 27 - Intersection of East CR 250N and North CR 100E, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Josalyn N. Downhour, 18, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg; Pamela Toft, 81, Country Club Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Toft complained of pain to the entire body; passengers in Downhour’s vehicle, Jaiden S. Grisby, 18, Rosemont Avenue, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot; and Aleigha Pugh, 18, EMS T25 Lane, Leesburg, had minor bleeding to the hip/upper leg; passenger in Toft’s vehicle, Graham S. Toft, 83, Country Club Lane, Warsaw, complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 4:01 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Rachelle D. Dickey, 35, East Clark Street, Warsaw; William D. Bunch II, 43, Columbia City; Kimberly Oldfather, 45, Ind. 114, North Manchester. Injuries: Dickey complained of neck pain; Bunch had an abrasion to the back. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 1 p.m. Friday - Intersection of White Industrial Drive and South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Truck hit stop sign and went into ditch. Driver: Bruce A. Teel, 67, North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 4:35 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and CR 200, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Jackson W. Kennedy, 19, North Sandcastle Drive, Warsaw; Nicole L. Meyer, 25, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 11:46 p.m. Friday - Intersection of Hepler Drive and Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Car hit three mailboxes. Driver: Jose M. Martinez, 34, Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:52 a.m. Tuesday - Lawn/yard/garden equipment was reported stolen in the 7600 block of North CR 400E, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:13 a.m. Tuesday - Fraud was reported in the 200 block of East CR 250N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday - Vehicle parts/accessories were reported stolen in the 3200 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 12:41 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of North Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:28 p.m. Tuesday - A death investigation was opened in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. KCSO.
