• 2:19 p.m. Wednesday - Lamar Pickens, 23, South Bend, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. No bond listed.
• 3:39 p.m. Wednesday - Jessica Lee Johnson, 50, homeless, arrested for being a lifetime habitual traffic violator. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:11 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Allen Patton, 51, of 2715 E. Muirfield Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 8:38 p.m. Wednesday - Darinel De Jesus Ruiz Garcia, 25, of 111 S. Hickory St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $450.
• 9:10 p.m. Wednesday - Eric Michael Rasmussen, 46, of 228 E. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 11:36 p.m. Wednesday - Michelle Marie Payne, 40, Elwood, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $10,000.

Drivers: Michael Bickel, 79, Viewpoint Drive, North Webster; Ashley Halstead, 26, EMS R4B1 Lane, Pierceton. Injury: Halstead complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
