• 8:42 p.m. Thursday - Haley Dwan Fountain, 33, Of 308 E. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $10,000.
• 7:18 a.m. Friday - Jose Moyotl, 51, of 1202 Wooster Road, #46, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery in presence of a child less than 16 and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:48 a.m. Friday - Christina Lynn Powers, 51, Rochester, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 11:04 a.m. Friday - Candice Paris Marie Medina, 38, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:48 p.m. Friday - James Allan Britt, 43, of 6579 E. CR 1120N, Syracuse, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 12:53 a.m. April 16 - West CR 1350N, 500 feet west of North CR 850W, Nappanee. Car hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Derrick D. Tucker, 39, Elkhart. Injury: Tucker had a contusion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:18 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of CR 800W and U.S. 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christopher L. Kreider, 43, Auburn; Summer Robbins, 48, East Jefferson Street, Bourbon. Injuries: Kreider complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; Robbins complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - West Crystal Lake Road, 150 feet east of North Park Schram Road, Warsaw. Car hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Angel M. Miller, 40, Rochester. Injury: Passenger Raven Leavitt, 16, CR 643, Warsaw, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:19 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Matchette Industrial Park Road and U.S. 30, Pierceton. Car-van collision. Drivers: Daniel L. Emery, 55, South Bend; Erik M. Garcia, 32, Fort Wayne. Damage: Under $1,000. KCSO.

• 11:51 a.m. Thursday - Theft of a firearm was reported in the 200 block of Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:15 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for theft of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 600 block of Buck Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:14 p.m. Thursday - A traffic offense was reported for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 12700 block of North Bishop Road, Syracuse. WPD.
• 9:11 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for battery in the presence of a child less than 16 in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
