• 9:36 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Ray Turner, 42, of 5323 N. CR 850E, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:30 p.m. Wednesday - Elijah Devon Prater, 29, of 109 N. Buffalo St., Burket, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 5:25 p.m. Wednesday - Shamarr Raeshawn Demtir Fair, 27, Mishawaka, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:50 p.m. Wednesday - James Perry Tolson, 51, of 102 N. Maple St., Milford, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 6:36 p.m. Wednesday - Moses Michael Lloyd, 47, of 1821 Nye St., Warsaw, arrested for strangulation, confinement, domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and intimidation. Bond: $10,000.
• 8:31 p.m. Wednesday - Brenda Kay Adams, 41, of 9310 E. Backwater Road, North Webster, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and two charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
