• 2:02 p.m. Wednesday - Earl Hillis Smith Jr., 71, of 306 Boston St., Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 7:58 p.m. Wednesday - Rex Edward Komoscar, 23, Plymouth, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.
• 11:52 p.m. Wednesday - Deontre Tyrell Oby, 41, Chicago, arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense and operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration. Bond: $700.
• 9:45 a.m. Thursday - Joslyn Ray Rasnick, 22, Garrett, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000.

• 3:05 p.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 50 feet south of U.S. 30, Warsaw. Flat bed truck hit light post. Driver: Theodore D. Harrell, 63, West Market Street, Warsaw. Injury: Harrell was unconscious. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 8:02 a.m. Tuesday - East Ind. 14, 1,000 feet east of South CR 600E, North Manchester. Car hit guardrail. Driver: Kyleigh S. Honaker, 20, Avilla. Injury: Honaker had a contusion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
