• 7:38 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 600W and West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Truck-car collision. Driver: Bradley A. Paulus, 38, Elkhart; Rana A. Bulger, 40, North Grove Road, Milford. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 12:51 p.m. Wednesday - North CR 1100W, 2,000 feet north of West CR 450N, Etna Green. SUV hit utility pole. Driver: Ritchie Hernandez, 53, East Center Street, Bourbon. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 3:28 a.m. Thursday - A death investigation was opened in the 400 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
