• 4:54 a.m. Saturday - Conner Edward Hawkins, 20, of 47 EMS T6A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:48 a.m. Saturday - Tennyson James Edwards, 19, of 2528 E. Wooster Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 6:37 p.m. Saturday - Jonathan Travis Mullins, 48, of 212 S. First St., Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 7:20 p.m. Saturday - Ashlee Denae Brown, 38, of 8031 S. Thomas Drive, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:47 p.m. Saturday - Colin Devere Gibbons, 25, Lake Station, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:27 a.m. Sunday - Pedro Esau Lucas Perez, 22, of 3762 W. Old U.S. 30, lot 21E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:03 p.m. Sunday - Chad Arthur Goble, 46, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #139, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:58 p.m. Sunday - Casey William Whitehurst, 36, of 17277 Birch Road, Bourbon, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of paraphernalia, dealing a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $20,000.

• 3:31 p.m. March 16 - Intersection of West Old U.S. 30 and North CR 650W, Atwood. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Caleb I. Bontrager, 21, North CR 525W, Warsaw; Grady E. Mudd, 17, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Injury: Mudd complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:03 p.m. Saturday - East Backwater Road, 450 feet east of EMS W18 Lane, North Webster. Motorcycle laid down on the road and driver hit downed tree. Driver: David W. Akridge, 33, North CR 950E, North Webster. Injury: Akridge was rendered unconsciousness after hitting a downed tree. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 7:28 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East CR 500N, North Webster. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kyle Cobler, 34, South Kinder Drive, Syracuse; Pamela Schuler, 65, East Ponderosa Drive, North Webster. Injuries: Passengers in Cobler’s vehicle, Gary Edwards, 73, Kingman; and Stacy Edwards, 38, South Kinder Drive, Syracuse, both complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 9:35 p.m. Wednesday - South Packerton Road, 300 feet north of East CR 500S, Warsaw. Minivan hit dog. Driver: Sam D. Bradley, 83, Crestview Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 9:22 p.m. Thursday - North CR 100E, 500 feet north of East Barrington Place, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jaiden N. Lozier, 18, East CR 175N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 7:27 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North CR 800W and West CR 100N, Warsaw. Car went into ditch and hit metal pole. Driver: Shaylin S. Kelsey, 18, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 3:07 p.m. Saturday - East CR 1150N, 2,200 feet west of North CR 150E, Milford. Car hit deer. Driver: Carrie L. Jaskutis, 39, Albion. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 11:40 a.m. Sunday - Public nudity was reported in the 500 block of Hitzler Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:05 p.m. Sunday - A pellet gun was reported found in the 400 block of Viewpoint Drive, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 4:25 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 300 block of South Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:19 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery was reported in the 100 block of Rattington Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:22 a.m. Monday - A runaway was reported in the 300 block of North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. KCSO.
