• 9:25 a.m. Friday - Demicio Deyon Powell, 23, Burton, Mich., arrested for theft. Bond: $16,000.
• 11:57 p.m. Friday - Charles Samuel Peterson, 44, of 418 S. Union St., #E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury, strangulation and intimidation. Bond: $10,000.
• 4:03 a.m. Saturday - Christian James McDaniel, 27, of 2128 W. CR 950S, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:29 p.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:14 p.m. Friday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1800 block of Michaels Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:27 a.m. Saturday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
