• 9:20 p.m. Thursday - Abigayle Jewell Stevens, 24, of 9768 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:50 a.m. Friday - Alan Robert Goodoien, 42, of 34 EMS T9 Lane, Leesburg, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:25 p.m. Wednesday - 1706 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle; registration information not listed. Driver: Treesa R. Metz, 31, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 6:12 a.m. Thursday - James A. Bowser, Ind. 25, 576 feet east of South CR 700W, Mentone. Van hit deer. Driver: James A. Bowser, 63, East Ind. 14, Akron. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:49 p.m. Thursday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:40 p.m. Thursday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:59 a.m. Friday - A bench warrant was served in the 100 block of EMS T9 Lane, Leesburg. KCSO.
