• 12:31 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Christopher Collins, 49, of 16 N. Mallard Lane, North Manchester, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:14 p.m. Wednesday - Austin Samual Wood, 28, of 2740 E. Old U.S. 30, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 1:37 p.m. Wednesday - Stephen Roger Platter, 46, Columbia City, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:14 p.m. Feb. 19 - Ind. 25, 800 feet east of South CR 700W, Mentone. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Matt D. Older, 63, West Tower Street, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 4:15 a.m. Monday - Intersection of South Country Farm Road and East CR 350S, Warsaw. Car left roadway. Driver: Matthew C. Allen, 32, South Clay Street, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 8 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Old U.S. 30 and North CR 300E, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit car, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Lisa L. Amburgy, 52, North Jefferson Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 9:48 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 875W and West CR 125N, Etna Green. Car hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Katherine E. Hunt, 69, West Lovetts Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 11:24 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Ryerson Road and South CR 900E, Pierceton. Pickup hit communications box owned by CenturyLink. Driver: Lincoln Koser, 18, East Ryerson Road, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 5:15 p.m. Monday - East CR 1300N, 900 feet east of North CR 175E, Milford. Pickup hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Trevor M. Neely, 18, North CR 250E, Milford. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 5:34 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 600S, Claypool. Car spun off road and turned on its side. Driver: Joslyn B. Kuhn, 23, Wabash. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 11:40 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a foreign warrant in the 200 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:19 p.m. Tuesday - Harassment was reported in the 5700 block of West Martin Drive, Mentone. KCSO.
• 9:14 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
