• 11:33 a.m. Wednesday - Omar Ruiz Garcia, 33, of 111 Hickory St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:22 a.m. Thursday - Antwanette A. Dobbins, 42, Sauk Village, Ill., arrested for reckless driving, resisting law enforcement and battery against a public safety official with bodily injury. Bond: $35,500.
• 2:10 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Cleon Clark, 49, Kendallville, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 2:20 p.m. Thursday - Erin Lee Carpenter, 38, Plymouth, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $10,000.
• 4:52 p.m. Thursday - Anjelica Suzanna Wolfe, 30, of 713 Miner Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
