The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Bobby Mack Harkness, 53, of 206 Pope St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and two charges of possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $12,500.
• 8:07 p.m. Tuesday - Jose G. Sandon Sanchez, 24, of 318 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Lee Greenfield, 42, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #53, Pierceton, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $25,000.

• 6:29 p.m. Monday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Truck hit person outside of his pickup. Drivers: Amrinder Singh, 30, Milwaukee, Wis.; Randy K. Williams, 69, Rochester. Injury: Williams was pronounced dead. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:14 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Harlan W. Steffe, 91, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse; Roberto Velazquez Zaca, 29, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Dianna L. Margherone, 59, EMS D25A Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 11:42 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for theft and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 2700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:17 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 1100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:13 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 900 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:26 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 800 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
