• 8:54 p.m. Wednesday - Jennifer June Whitaker, 38, of 4707 E. CR 100S, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment. Bond: $10,000.

• 3:57 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South CR 550W and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Thomas Smith, 44, West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 8:47 a.m. Wednesday - South CR 700W, 800 feet south of South Beaver Dam Road, Claypool. Truck went into ditch. Driver: David J. Werner, 58, Batesville. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 10:09 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 700 feet west of North CR 700W, Atwood. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ronald E. Sherard, 54, Lima, Ohio; Robert C. Clark, 55, Burns Harbor. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
