• 12:50 p.m. Thursday - Davey Prate, 46, of 2079 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $23,250.
• 11 a.m. Thursday - Rena Ann Gerber, 47, of 597 S. Old Ind. 13, #18, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.

• 4:35 p.m. Wednesday - South CR 650W, 500 feet north of West CR 100S, Warsaw. SUV went into embarkment and overturned onto top. Driver: Janett Vining, 45, North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Injury: Vining had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 3:01 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and reckless driving in the 1400 block of South Huntington Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 10:52 a.m. Thursday - Tools were reported stolen in the 3300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:11 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a warrant in the 1800 block of Hepler Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
