• 3:05 p.m. Tuesday - Damien Leroy Heeter, 30, of 3762 W. Old U.S. 30, #49, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $10,000.
• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday - Ethan Bryan Woodson, 26, of 502 W. Brooklyn St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal reckless and landowner consent to use violation. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:35 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony K. Powell, 32, of 512 Gilliam Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 10:34 p.m. Tuesday - John Thomas Alford, 62, of 947 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:30 p.m. Tuesday - Garland Yourtez Cain, 61, of 1313 St. Marys Drive, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
