Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney J. Brad Voelz declared his candidacy for re-election Friday.
He was elected prosecutor in 2022 after having served the previous eight years as chief deputy.
Voelz has lived in Kosciusko County for 26 years and has been employed as a prosecuting attorney for more than 15 years.
“I am honored to have served Kosciusko County these past four years as your prosecutor. Our tremendously dedicated staff and experienced, professional trial attorneys have worked hard to keep Kosciusko County a safe and thriving community for everyone, and I appreciate all the support we have received along the way,” he said in a provided statement.
