Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Professional Roofing Solutions & Construction will move into their new location at 3505 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, this week.
They celebrated their new location Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held by the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.
Matt Reinhartz, operations manager, said Professional Roofing Solutions will be moving from its 3222 N. Detroit St. They decided to make the move in order to get more exposure as more people will see the business on Lake City Highway.
The Lake City Highway location is a little bigger than the one on Detroit Street. They currently rent a facility to put all their equipment and trailers in, so they plan to consolidate everything into one location at the Lake City Highway location, he said. They plan to eventually to build a garage, among other things.
Professional Roofing Solutions does roofing, siding, windows, doors and gutters for commercial and residential and serves all of northern Indiana. Reinhartz said Professional Roofing Solutions has offices in Michigan and Fort Wayne.
Hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with sales professionals available by appointment in the evenings.
There will be an open house Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Kristi Hull, claims specialist, said the open house is partnered with the Animal Welfare League, so all proceeds will go back to the AWL. All adoption fees will be sponsored during the open house.
There will be raffles, in which a free roof replacement will be given away. Tickets are $25 each. There will also be food trucks, face painting and a few different vendors. She said they all wanted to give back to the community with the event.
