The Presby Preschool Board unanimously selected Dr. Jeffrey W. Peck, the current interim director, as its next preschool director, according to a news release from the school.
Peck has been serving in an interim capacity since August. Prior to joining Presby Preschool, Peck served since 2008 as a professor in the teacher preparation program at Grace College. Prior to that, he was an associate professor at Bethel College.
Peck’s career began as a teacher in elementary and middle school classrooms before moving to teach at the collegiate level, according to the news release. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Grace College as well as a Ph.D. in teacher education from Ohio State University.
He and his wife, Nancy, reside in Winona Lake. They have three married children and seven grandchildren, with another on the way.
