Editor, Times-Union: What can one person do to “support the American troops” in the Middle East? Pray is the simple answer because what higher power is behind the human race annihilating each other? Should I study the situation ... would that end the strife? Commit one or two random acts of kindness hoping to create a chain of positive power culminating in an endless circle of magnanimity that might conquer the world?
