Pit Bull
Editor, Times-Union:
I am looking for a woman who witnessed a pitbull attack against me and my dog on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, between 5:30 and 6 p.m. on the Winona Lake Greenway.
I believe this woman was walking a brown dog, and she witnessed this attack from beginning to end. If you are that person, please contact the Winona Lake Police Department to describe what you saw. It would be greatly appreciated.
For the gentlemen who came running back to the scene after hearing my screams for help, a heartfelt thank you. Not sure what the outcome would have been without your intervention. This was a truly terrifying event and I am so gratetful for your help.
