Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Joel Updike waits patiently Friday as his 10-year-old daughter Kaylea (L) and 7-year-old son Karstynn try to pin his new firefighter badge onto his shirt. Updike was sworn in during a city board of works and safety meeting Friday. He is wrapping up a year of work with the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory as a probationary fireman and now assumes full-time status with the department. Photo by Dan Spalding.
