ROCHESTER – Phyllis Jean Reed, 77, Rochester, died on Jan. 3, 2014, at her residence. She was born Feb. 8, 1936, to Andrew and Lavina Henderson Cochran. On Sept. 24, 1960, in Rochester, she married Russell “Russ” Wayne Reed, who preceded her in death July 3, 1968. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Good Family Funeral Home, with Chaplain Jason See officiating. Burial will in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
