MILFORD – Phillip Franklin Campbell, 88, Goshen, died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10, 2024, at Goshen Hospital.
He was born Feb. 3, 1936, to Merle and Laura Smith Campbell in Milford. On Oct. 2, 1955, he married Clarann Hartter in Milford.
A private family service will be held in Phil’s honor on Friday, Feb. 16. Pastor Josh Weiland will officiate. Burial will take place at Milford Cemetery at a later date.
