SYRACUSE – Phillip Charles “PC” Hunter, 76, Cromwell, died at noon Friday, May 29, 2020, at his home following a battle with cancer.
He was born Jan. 27, 1944, in Ligonier, to William Eldon Hunter and Margaret Roslyn Franks Hunter. On Sept. 6, 1985, he married Sandra Lee Tapp Hunter.
He was a jet mechanic in the United States Air Force from 1963 to 1967.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 3 at Stone’s Hill Community Church, Ligonier. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Wednesday in the church, with Pastor Joey Nelson officiating. Burial will take place following the service at the Oak Park Cemetery, Ligonier. Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
