Penny Marie Jarvis Hurd, 66, Etna Green, died at 12:27 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Warsaw Meadows Care Center.
She was born Nov. 2, 1954, in Columbus, Ohio, to Lanzo Blevins and Vicky Austin.
Friends may gather from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 15 at God’s Highway To Heaven, Warsaw, where a service led by Pastor Bob Brown will follow. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
