Patrick A. Rosdil, age 56, of Albion, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, at 8:15 a.m. in his residence.
Patrick was born Nov. 26, 1963, in East Chicago, Ind., to William W. and Catherine Sopko Rosdil.
He was a graduate of Whitko High School, South Whitley, and continued his education at Wabash Tech, Wabash, earning a degree in automotive and motorcycle repairs. Patrick also attended Manchester College in North Manchester and the University of Evansville. He was a supervisor for Parker Manufacturing and a mold operator for Vibracoustic Automotive Supplier. He enjoyed music and was the lead guitar and vocalist for the “Electric Fortune” band. He was a lifelong “Colts” fan and was a member of the Faith Assembly Church, Warsaw.
Patrick is survived by daughter, Emily M. Rosdil, Albion; his companion and the mother of Emily, Julie Geckle, Albion; siblings, William Rosdil, Volcano National Park, Hawaii; Robert Rosdil, Cosby, Tenn.; John Rosdil, Hilo, Hawaii; and Penny (Rick) Ruppert, Rochester.
He was preceded in death by sister, Nancy Powell, Highland.
Funeral service will be at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Chaplain Bob Jarboe officiating. Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 2 to 4 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
