WILMAR, Minn. – Patricia Ann Henke, 77, of Sartell, and formerly of Warsaw, died May 6, 2013, in Country Manor, Sartell. She was born Dec. 6, 1935, in Wabasso, Minn., to Edmund Sr. and Florence Brix Schultz. Following graduation, she was united in marriage in Leonard Wood, Mo., to William “Bill” Henke, who died in 2006. She attended school in Wabasso, and graduated from high school in 1953. Upon Bill’s discharge, they moved to Mankato, and while Bill finished his schooling Patricia worked at the college. Following his graduation, they lived in Redwood Falls, Mankato, Minn.; Sioux City, Council Bluffs, Iowa; and Elkhart, Peru and Warsaw while Bill worked for JCPenney. In 2010, after having spent summers in Spicer for several years, she moved to Minnesota. Surviving are a daughter, Tonya (and spouse Larry) Jakel, Sauk Rapids; a son, Troy Henke, Indianapolis; four grandchildren: Joseph (and spouse Leah), Justin, Jerod and Abigail; two great-grandchildren, Erika and Matthew; and two sisters, Arlene Danel, Montana, and Jeannine (and spouse Dave) Leckbee, Arizona; and a sister-in-law, Arlene Schultz, Redwood Falls. She also was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Chess Schultz, in 2013. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Harvey Anderson Funeral Home, Willmar, Minn.
