Parkview Health Receives Two Patient Experience Awards From NRC Health

FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health has been recognized with two patient experience awards by NRC Health.
Parkview received the Excellence in Patient Experience Award, which recognizes the top three medium-sized health systems, and Parkview Regional Medical Center (PRMC) received the Consumer Loyalty Award honoring the top 10 hospitals with strong brand reputation and high patient recommendation scores.
According to the release from Parkview Health, it’s the third time in four years Parkview has received the Excellence in Patient Experience Award and the second consecutive year the hospital received the Consumer Loyalty Award from NRC Health.
In 2025, Parkview was the only hospital system in the U.S. to receive NRC’s Excellence in Experience Management Award.
“Patient experience is an important part of delivering high-quality care,” said Dr. Ray Dusman, president, physician and clinical enterprise, Parkview Health. “Ensuring that patients feel comfortable and safe, have their concerns heard and addressed and receive care that matches their needs builds relationships and encourages patients to maintain a routine care schedule. When patients and their caregivers work collaboratively, outcomes improve.”
