FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health announced its performance in the Indiana Department of Health’s inaugural Direct-to-Employer (DTE) Healthcare Arrangement Plan Review for 2025.
New Indiana law requires nonprofit hospitals to demonstrate that their direct-to-employer plans remain at or below 260% of Medicare rates, the provided release states. Parkview DTE rates were lower than the state mandate at 203% of Medicare, and lower than any other nonprofit system operating in Fort Wayne. Parkview’s DTE program, Parkview Employer Solutions, offers employers savings of more than 25% compared to commercial insurance networks, with plans priced well below the national average for hospital care, per the Kaiser Family Foundation.
“We’re proud to see that Parkview’s direct-to-employer offerings significantly outperformed Indiana’s benchmark while continuing to deliver the access, experience and outcomes employers expect for their teams,” said Dr. Jason Row, president of Parkview Physicians Group, and chief value transformation officer at Parkview Health. “Employers want clarity and stability. Our goal is to help them manage their healthcare spend responsibly without compromising quality.”
