FORT WAYNE – Parkview Health recently received its second annual certification from Great Place To Work, recognizing the health system for its excellent culture and workplace environment.
According to the release from Parkview, their job satisfaction was 30 percentage points higher than the U.S. employer average.

Parkview currently employs more than 20,000 people across more than 25 counties and maintains a voluntary retention rate of more than 90%, more than five percentage points higher than national benchmarks for healthcare organizations.
