Pamela Horn, 64, North Manchester, passed away at 6:20 p.m. Friday, Aug. 18, 2017, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.
She was born Feb. 7, 1953, in Warsaw, to Basil and EvaJean Shepherd Horn. On Feb. 9, 1974, in Wise, Va., she was united in marriage to Donald Lee Horn.
She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. During her lifetime she was an independent home health care aide and homemaker. She was a member of Faith Fellowship Church and was a Sunday school teacher and song leader there.
Survivors include her husband, Don Horn, North Manchester; children: Jennifer (spouse Justin) Mossburg, South Whitley; Jeremy (spouse Hope) Horn, Silver Lake; and Shandi Horn, Sidney; grandchildren: Sarah Rose, Alison Mossburg, Rylee Rose, Kayla Mossburg and Ella Rose; and a great-grandson, Abel Bradley.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Tim, and sister, Robin Newhouse.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Mike Manuel will be officiating, and interment will be private.
