Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
Ousley Mechanical Services hopes to be an economical option for heating and air conditioning in the Warsaw area.
Before a ribbon-cutting held by the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Friday, owner Ryan Ousley said Ousley Mechanical Services is a heating and air conditioning-based company out of Warsaw, “so anything that has to do with your furnace, your air conditioner, water heaters, your fireplace situation, we do help everyone out in those situations,” he said.
They are a residential-based company, but they can do commercial work.
He said Ousley Mechanical Services started in September. “So we are new, but I have been in the industry and been around our area serving our community for 26 years,” he said.
Ousley said they work out of his home.
“Why we do that is we want to help our community to give them an economic choice to help people out, so they’re not spending so much versus other companies. We want to try to help them out,” he said.
Ousley said he has 26 years of experience doing heating and air conditioning and fireplaces, whether it’s the service, the installation or even sales. Going with Ousley Mechanical Services provides a more economical option for homeowners, he said.
“Our community needs a different option out there,” so they’re not being overcharged, he said.
The company does have an $89 maintenance fee to maintain a furnace or air conditioner.
As far as price ranges for other services such as a new furnace or air conditioner, “that’s going to depend on your situation” as every situation is different, he said. They do provide free estimates.
Ousley said he hopes to be involved in the community. They joined the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and Builders Association of North Central Indiana. “So there’s a lot of things that we can do to help our community along with giving them another choice for heating and air conditioning,” he said.
