Those who preceded him in passing include his mother, Alta (née Miller) Waddle; a grandson, Ashton Rohr, March 2001; and the love of his life, Alice Rhoads, November 2014. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. A funeral service that celebrates Otto’s life will follow the visitation, beginning at noon. Pastor Bob Jarboe, chaplain of Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice, will officiate the service.
