Otterbein Children Collect FoodIn February, the children’s Sunday school class at Atwood Otterbein United Methodist Church studied how to serve those less fortunate. One lesson found them studying the hungry and how they could be of help. The class enlisted the help of the church’s adult congregation and gathered food to be donated to the Salvation Army at the end of the month. The children were delighted with the results, and the food was delivered Feb. 27. The children’s class is coordinated by Martha Coppes, Cathy Lenfestey and Kayla Metzger.
