OrthoWorx announced the inaugural OrthoWorx Summit, a new annual gathering designed to bring together leaders, innovators and community stakeholders to engage in meaningful conversations around the future of the Orthopedic Capital of the World.
Centered around the theme “Engage,” the summit will provide opportunities for attendees to connect, collaborate and explore the ideas and partnerships that continue to strengthen the region’s globally recognized orthopedic ecosystem, according to a news release provided by OrthoWorx. The summit will take place Aug. 12 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Manahan Orthopedic Capital Center.
The event’s programming has been intentionally built around OrthoWorx’s three strategic pillars: talent development, community enrichment and innovation, reflecting the organization's commitment to advancing both the industry and the community it calls home.
Attendees can look forward to keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive breakout sessions designed to encourage engagement and spark new ideas, the release states. Speakers and session details will be announced in the coming weeks.
More than a traditional conference, the OrthoWorx Summit aims to create an engaging experience with practical takeaways and opportunities for participants to deepen their involvement in the work shaping the future of the region.
“Collaboration has always been one of the defining strengths of the Orthopedic Capital of the World,” said Ryan Christner, CEO of OrthoWorx. “The summit is an opportunity to bring people together, engage in meaningful dialogue and inspire action around the opportunities ahead. We want attendees to leave not only informed but energized and equipped to become even more involved in advancing our community and industry.”
The OrthoWorx Summit is open to industry professionals, educators, community leaders, students, young professionals and anyone passionate about the future of the Orthopedic Capital of the World. Whether attendees are longtime contributors or looking for new ways to get involved, the summit will provide opportunities to learn, connect and engage in shaping the future of the region.
