OrthoPediatrics employees shoved whipped cream onto managers' faces and dunked the companies' executives in a tank on Wednesday.
It was all for a good cause though: raising money for Kosciusko County Habitat for Humanity.
Several members of the Warsaw orthopedic company's Women Build team, the OrthoPedia-Chicks, organized the event held at lunchtime Wednesday.
People paid $10 to throw three balls at a dunk tank in which the executives took turns sitting and $5 to put whipped cream and sprinkles on the managers' faces.
Proceeds are going specifically for the cost of building a home for Alexis Manges and her son, Khamaree Manges. As it's considered a Women Build-home, more than 20 female-only teams are doing all the basic construction normally done by Habitat volunteers.
Those female volunteers are also tasked with fundraising for the home.
Team member Cindy Lursen said she and fellow members Joy Goble and Sarah Poorman had a goal of raising $3,000 from Wednesday's event and estimated they were "pretty close" about halfway through the event.
"We like to have fun here. It's just positive reinforcement for our team members," she said of why the three women set up the event the way they did.
Lursen said the team of 13 women aimed to raise $10,000 overall for the Habitat build, with it already surpassing $12,000 as of midday Wednesday.
The overall goal for all the teams is $150,000.
Kosciusko County Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Ben Logan said any funds raised above the cost of the Manges home will go toward building homes for other families.
