One Injured In Two-Semi CrashTwo semis collided Tuesday at around 4:55 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. 30 and North Parker Street, Warsaw, sending one of the drivers to a Fort Wayne hospital. Warsaw police were called the scene after Donald D. Clem, 57, Huber Heights, Ohio, rear-ended a semi driven by Brad V. Erickson, 58, Bremen, who was stopped at the stoplight at the intersection. Clem told police he was traveling east on U.S. 30 in the right lane at about 55 miles per hour and saw that the light was green but realized too late that the other semi was not moving yet. Clem was taken by ambulance to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for chest and abdomen pain from his seatbelt, according to police reports. Estimated damage is between $50,000 and $100,000.
