Ohio Man Faces Drug Charges After Running Car Into LakeAn Ohio man was arrested on drug charges after running his car into Carr Lake Wednesday.
According to Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Sgt. Chris Francis, Raphael Antwaun Dell, 22, of Cincinnati, ran his car down the ramp into Carr Lake for an unknown reason.
As he was walking away, Dell was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.
Claypool Police Department, Claypool and Silver Lake fire departments, Lutheran EMS, Indiana Department of Natural Resources and KCSO responded.
Dell was booked into Kosciusko County Jail at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday and his bond was set at $600.
