ROCHESTER – Norma Jean Wagoner, 93, Rochester, died at 2:43 a.m. Friday, June 19, 2020, at her home.
She was born Aug. 22, 1926, in Fulton County, to Hudson and Ina Belle Carruthers Stansbury. On Dec. 7, 1946, in LaPaz, she married Virgil W. Wagoner, who preceded her in death.
Private services celebrating her life will take place in the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Chaplain Jason See officiating. Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
