On my way out to the great Auburn car show on Labor Day, I stopped for a little gas at a convenience store. As I paid, I asked, "You ladies are paid time and a half or double time on holidays aren't you?" I was shocked at the reply. No. Straight time.

I said you need a union. They agreed, looking around nervously to make sure a company man wasn't listening.

Now let me get this straight. The Republicans appear to run most of this state. My question is, "What is the working people getting out of it?" Whatever happened to that trickle down stuff? I think what's trickling down isn't money. It's some kind of yellow liquid.

I think these Republcrats have a pretty cool con going here. I say Republicrats because it looks like a one party system to me. The voters gave a mandate to the Democrazy party to wind down the Middle East mess, secure the borders, take care of the home team etc.

Instead, the Democrazies set up a leader that is a dead wringer for Mr. Peepers or Barney Fife, who married big money in Nevada, and a Speaker lady that's richer than most of the Republicrats.

What do they care about the ladies down at the convenience store?

Why do you even vote for these organized crime types? You know nothing will really change accept the rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. Also, don't forget what decorated Marine Corp General Smedly Butler said back in the '30s. "War is a racket!" And it costs too much too. Oh yes, if voting would change things, they would make it illegal.
