NET 43 Arrests 17 On Drug-Related Charges; Warrants Issued For 14 MoreDuring the overnight hours of Wednesday and Thursday, after several months of covert surveillance and undercover operations, Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43) and officers from multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the county arrested 17 people on drug-related charges and warrants have been issued on 14 more individuals.
According to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office for NET 43, the following people were arrested:
• Nathaniel Phillip Trott, 29, of 40 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; dealing a narcotic drug, Level 5 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony. His bond was set at $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Bradley Victor Waikel, 33, of 12539 N. CR 300E, Syracuse; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia enhancement, Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety, $250 cash.
On another warrant, Waikel faces the same charges with the same bond amounts.
• Naquan Rasheed Williams, 21, of 510 E. Center St., Warsaw; dealing a narcotic drug, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $500 cash.
• Anthony Lee Washington, 54, of 4179 W. Hughes Drive, Silver Lake; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine enhancing circumstances, Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine enhancing circumstances, Level 3 felony. Bond was set at $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Morgan Marie Shepherd, 28, of 1 EMS B37 Lane -83, Warsaw; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 3 felony; dealing a narcotic drug more than 1 gram, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 3 felony; dealing a narcotic drug more than 1 gram, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Todd Henry Shumaker, 38, of 712 South Side Drive, Warsaw; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 3 felony; dealing a narcotic drug more than 1 gram, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Nicholas Andrew Irvine, 30, of 3073 Center St., Warsaw; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
On another warrant, he faces charges of dealing methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; dealing a narcotic drug, Level 5 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug. Bond was set at $15,000 surety and $500 cash.
• Garland John Goble, 51, of 504 Hitzler, Warsaw; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia sentence enhancement, Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Mark Edward Young, 63, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Carol L. Smith, 69, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton, dealing a narcotic drug, Level 3 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Sabrina Danielle Smith, 44, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Pierceton; aiding, inducing or causing dealing in a narcotic drug more than 5 grams, Level 3 felony. Bond was set at $20,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Amy Jo Mullins, 36, of 4961 S. Mallard Road, Mentone, possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, Level 5 felony; operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a minor passenger in the vehicle, Level 5 felony; operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Class C misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor; possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Kenneth R. Stanton, 52, of 10745 North Grove Road, Milford; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
On another warrant, he faces charges of driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 cash.
• Marisa L. Dials, 43, of 503 Myrtle Glen, Silver Lake; possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 felony; possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor. Bond was set at $500 cash.
• Sasha L. Hollett, 35, of 101 N. Etna St., Etna Green; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C. misdemeanor.
• Jason Andrew Ratliff, 38, of 1504 E. Market St., Warsaw; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, Class B misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor; possession of marijuana with a prior conviction, Class A misdemeanor. Bond was set at $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Allie Michelle Green, 32, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, lot 45, North Manchester; possession of methamphetamine with enhancing circumstances, Level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstances, a Level 5 felony; possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony. Bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.

• Travis Lee Harding, 39, of 503 W. Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake; dealing methamphetamine, Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 felony; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony. Bond is $40,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Lisa Ann Withers, 43, of 602 S. Union St., Warsaw; dealing a narcotic drug, Level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, Level 6 felony. Bond is $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Jeremy Steven Young, 42, of 208 N. High St., Silver Lake; dealing in methamphetamine more than 5 grams, Level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 5 felony; dealing in methamphetamine more than 5 grams, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony. Bond is $25,000 surety and $750 cash.
• Jinniffer Ann Miller, 36, of 2509 E. Center St., Apt. 8, Warsaw, possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond is $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Aubree L. Knepp, 33, Mulberry; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond is $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Timothy Ryan Thompson, 46, of 1731 Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; possession of paraphernalia, Class C misdemeanor; possession of methamphetamine with sentence enhancement, Level 3 felony; possession of paraphernalia with sentence enhancement, Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $50,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Martin Charles Mulder Jr., 38, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, lot 59, Pierceton; dealing a narcotic drug, Level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony; dealing a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstance, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug with enhancing circumstance, Level 5 felony. Bond is $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Austin L. Sidwell, 22, Elkhart; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony. Bond is $25,000 surety and $250 cash.
• James Michael Wright, 35, Osceola; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 4 felony; dealing methamphetamine, Level 2 felony; possession methamphetamine, Level 4 felony. Bond is $25,000 surety and $1,000 cash.
• Bruce Edward Yeazel, 34, of 101 N. Etna St., #43, Etna Green; dealing a narcotic drug more than 1 gram, Level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, Level 6 felony. Bond is $15,000 surety, $500 cash.
• Jeffery Lee Owsley, 30, Mishawaka; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, Level 6 felony; driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Sara Elisabeth Smith, 27, of 8594 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool; unlawful possession of a legend drug, probation violation, Level 6 felony. Bond is $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Johnny Eugene Hall, 50, of 11901 Fuzzy Bear Road, Cromwell; operating a motor vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, Level 5 felony; possession of methamphetamine, Level 6 felony. Bond is $10,000 surety and $250 cash.
