NET 43 Arrests 11 On Warrants; Four More Wanted

Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43), along with officers from multiple law enforcement agencies, on Jan. 12-15 conducted a warrant blitz after several months of covert surveillance and undercover operations.
They arrested 11 people on drug-related charges and warrants were issued on four more individuals, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested:
• Eric Ray Hall, 33, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; $75,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• Nicole Marie Paschall, 44 Pierceton, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 3 felony; $75,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• Kameron Jeffery Banks, 27, Warsaw, possession of cocaine, level 6 felony; operating a motor vehicle as a habitual traffic offender, level 6 felony; $10,000 10% cash bond.
• Rayleen Kay Hyde, 39, Warsaw, driving while suspended, class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; $500 cash bond.
• James Allen Runyon, 54, Warsaw, dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance, level 2 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; four counts of possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felonies; $75,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• James Allen Runyon, 54, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; dealing in fentanyl-containing substance, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; $75,000 surety bond and $500 cash.
• Sky Annmarie Grider, 25, Silver Lake, dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance, level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; $35,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• Sky Annmarie Grider, 25, Silver Lake, possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; $10,000 10% cash bond.
• Sky Annmarie Grider, 25, Silver Lake, possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; $10,000 10% cash bond.
• Davey Prater, 46, Claypool, dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance, level 4 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; $35,000 surety bond plus $250 cash bond.
• Rene A. Gerber, 47, Pierceton, possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, level 6 felony; possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; $10,000 10% cash bond.
• Shane Allen Ketchum, 29, Syracuse dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 6 felony; $75,000 surety bond plus $500 cash bond.
• Damien Leroy Heeter, 30, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; $35,000 surety bond plus $500 cash bond.
• Austin Ray Holdeman-Manges, 25, Milford, dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 5 felony; $50,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.

• Anthony Wayne Miller, 44, Warsaw, two counts of dealing methamphetamine, level 2 felonies; possession of methamphetamine, level 4 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; $100,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• Scotty Allen Poe, 27, Warsaw, dealing methamphetamine, level 3 felony; dealing methamphetamine, level 4 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 5 felony; possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; $50,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
• Felix Antonio Jimez, 22, Warsaw, possession of cocaine, level 4 felony; maintaining a common nuisance; level 6 felony; $35,000 surety bond and $500 cash bond.
