SYRACUSE – Nancy J. Stouder, 70, Syracuse, died at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, 2019, at her residence.
She was born March 13, 1949, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Delbert and Larlie Perry Chenault. She married Ronald E. “Ron” Stouder in Middlebury on March 27, 1999; he survives.
No public services will be held.
