ROCHESTER – Nancy Howard, 75, of 15501 N. CR 400W, Macy, passed away at 3:45 p.m. Jan. 31, 2012, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
She was born Sept. 28, 1936, in Litchfield, Ill., to Ralph and Mary Henson Keele. On Aug. 3, 1973, in Cave City, Ill., she married Carl Howard, who survives.
Surviving are two daughters, Debra (and spouse Marvin) Hull, Boise, Idaho, and Teresa Friedman, Jasper; two sons, Ed Reed, Macy, and Michael Reed (and spouse companion Joan Redding) Rochester; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Esther Kline, Nokomis, Ill., and Marilyn Williams, Logansport. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Warren, Don, Chuck and Leroy.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor David Welsh officiating. Burial will be in Athens-Hoover Cemetery.
