Editor, Times-Union: Mr. Kolbe has chosen to run as a moderate. Not surprising since a liberal Democrat has almost no chance of winning in Kosciusko County. What is surprising to me is that many Republicans seem to have forgotten that we already had a moderate, and we overwhelmingly voted her out in the primary. I suppose that the Republicans who will vote for Mr. Kolbe will be the same ones who voted for Rep. Kubacki in the primary. Whether that is because they themselves are moderate or just sour grapes from losing the primary, only they can decide. I voted for a conservative in the primary, and I will vote for a conservative again in the upcoming election. I am proud to be a Republican and would be proud to cast my vote for Curt Nisly.
