NORTH MANCHESTER – Milton R. Carr, 65, Silver Lake, died at 5 p.m. Oct. 28, 2016, in his residence. He was born Feb. 17, 1951, in Rochester, to Robert E. and Edith I. Shewman Carr. He worked at Lance’s New Market, North Manchester. He graduated from Warsaw High School in 1971. He was a member and secretary of the Silver Lake Lions Club and attended Silver Lake Nutrition Site for lunch. He attended Silver Lake Wesleyan Church. Survivors include his nephews: Jason (and spouse Ann) Morris, North Carolina; Jarod (and spouse Ashley) Condra, Claypool; Brian (and spouse Liz) Parker, Warsaw; and Brady Parker, Indianapolis; a niece, Stacie (and spouse Phil) Robinson, Indianapolis; two brothers, Mike (and spouse Lisa) Carr, Silver Lake, and Marlin (and spouse Kathy) Carr, Warsaw; and a sister, Connie Condra, New Haven. The funeral will be at 6 p.m. today at Silver Lake Wesleyan Church, 106 Walnut St., Silver Lake. The Rev. Dennis Kinser and the Rev. Lauren Eicher will officiate. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery, Silver Lake, at a later date Calling is from 3 to 6 p.m. today at the church. McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
